The agreement covers the integration of real-time sensor gathering, satellite relay and information display technologies for the entire Bambi Bucket® product line. It is planned that joint sales channels will be used to develop packaging opportunities for Bambi Bucket/Latitude customers and a ‘one stop shop’ supply chain will be introduced. “Combining the strengths of SEI’s Bambi Buckets with the proven firefighting telemetry experience and quality products of Latitude Technologies seemed natural,” commented Mark Insley, President of Latitude. SEI has been building the most popular firefighting bucket systems since 1982 while Latitude developed the first flight following and data systems for the BC Ministry of Forests and Alaska BLM in 2001.
