Aero Dynamix, Inc., the industry leader in Night Vision Imaging Systems (NVIS), is pleased to announce that they have applied for two more European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) STC approvals to add to their current EASA STC 10028376 for the MD900.  These approvals are based on validation of FAA STC (SR09519RC) for the installation of NVIS for the A119/AW119MKII and FAA STC (SR09543RC) for the installation of NVIS for the S-76C.

Aero Dynamix, working in association with Agusta Aerospace, is in the process of completing the second of four installations of an NVIS aircraft lighting system in an AW119MKII Helicopter for their European customer.  Aero Dynamix, also worked closely with Keystone Helicopters to complete the installation of an NVIS aircraft lighting system in an S-76C delivered to Norrlandsflyg earlier this year.

After applying for EASA validation, Aero Dynamix engineering and certification professionals are working diligently with the FAA and EASA personnel to ensure that all of the stringent certification requirements as defined by EASA are met.  Aero Dynamix conducted certification activities such as aircraft conformity inspections and flight tests to ensure that all certification standards were upheld and the NVIS system was of the highest possible level of quality.  Aero Dynamix expects to receive EASA’s STC approvals for the AW119MKII and S-76C before year end.
