Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance are on the point of going live with their Eurocopter EC135 – click here for full size photo.  Photo by Keith C Wilson, the recently repainted helicopter was spotted yesterday at Bond’s base at Staverton.  We understand that Hampshire and Isle of Wight declined the idea of re-registering this helicopter as G-HIOW to match their organisation name – because they are focussed on fundraising for a brand new Eurocopter EC135P2+ rather than this ten-year old example with over 6200 hours on the airframe at the start of this year.

However, they need to get their own website address right!!!  Click on this image to spot the mistake
