EMS helicopter went town killing all four on board – named as pilot Capt. Khaled Al-Dakhil and First Lt. Mandeel Al-Subaihi, both Saudis, Egyptian doctor Amjad Al-Iraqi and Filipino nurse Rosella.  Official source has said that it “crashed south of Riyadh Friday burst into flames due to the force of the impact with the ground”.
