StandardAero announced today that is has signed HeloAir Inc., of Richmond Va. as an Authorized Support Center. The agreement is for one year and includes optional one-year extensions at the end of each expiry date.

“Today’s announcement reflects our growing footprint in the U.S. and establishes a three-fold strategic alliance between the end operator, StandardAero and HeloAir, Inc.,” said Tom Roche, Vice President, Helicopter Programs, StandardAero. “The agreement benefits companies in the eastern United States looking for StandardAero’s quality service and reputation offerings. It also forwards our ambition to enhance our presence to our mutual customers and link directly into their operating needs.”

The designation provides Rolls-Royce Model 250 operators in eastern United States with another reliable avenue for a complete service package through the StandardAero network.

HeloAir, Inc. is a helicopter charter/management business incorporated in 1992 and based in Richmond, VA. The corporate philosophy and reputation is based upon quality service and standards of safety, even exceeding those required by the FAA. HeloAir is now a certified Part 145 Repair Station. The maintenance management staff consists of Director of Maintenance/Accountable manager Brian Haggerty, Quality Manager Todd Roseberry, Chief Inspector Greg Gilmour, Lead Mechanic Jordan Stanley and Overhaul Shop Manager Glenn Chandler. The team has extensive experience and specializes in the maintenance of the Rolls Royce 250 series engine as well as Bell 206 / 407 series aircraft. HeloAir’s mechanics have received factory training in all the aircraft they service. Safety and quality are the company’s main concerns.StandardAero is one of the world’s largest independent providers of services including engine and airframe repair and overhaul, engine component repair, engineering services, interior completions and paint applications.
