The first Cabri G2 from French manufacturer Guimbal is in flight test and on schedule to arrive in the UK late next week in time for Helitech.  Serial 1028 is painted dark Concord Blue metallic with silver grey skids and a beige leather interior, and will take up British registration G-UIMB in due course.  Handover to British distributor Cotswold Helicopter Centre is expected on Thursday 22nd September, with the ferry flight to the UK later the same day, weather permitting.  Managing director Oliver Heynes is very positive about the success he expects it to have in the UK market.
