FDC/aerofilter
2 Nov, 11FDC/aerofilter has obtained Transport Canada (TC) approval to allow flight in falling and blowing snow for its EC135 Inlet Barrier Filter (IBF) system. This follows the FAA’s approval for flight in falling and blowing snow issued earlier this year. The EC135 IBF is now approved with no limitations, allowing operation in accordance with basic flight manual performance charts. The installation is lightweight, straight forward to install, and features a Filter Health Monitor. Element servicing is tailored to fit existing aircraft maintenance intervals.
The EC135 IBF is the latest in FDC's full line of advanced inlet filtration systems.
