Helicopter Foundation International is looking for heritage aircraft to display at this year’s HELI-EXPO® in Dallas, Texas, to help highlight the importance of early rotorcraft to our industry. Heritage aircraft are defined as rotorcraft built in or before 1955, no longer in production, and that were able to sustain vertical flight. Those wishing to bring such aircraft to the HELI-EXPO 2012 will receive free static space in the Dallas Convention Center and four complimentary passes to the show.

If you own a helicopter, autogyro, experimental aircraft, or any type of rotary aircraft that meets the criteria, we would love to hear from you! Please contact HFI’s Vice President/Curator Marty Pociask at 703-683-4646 ormarty.pociask@rotor.com by Fri., Jan. 13.

HAI reserves the right to determine whether an aircraft qualifies, and reserves the right to choose which aircraft will be selected for display if the number of applicants exceeds the available space.

HFI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history and heritage of the helicopter, and the industry’s service to mankind. Through its scholarship and mentoring programs, HFI helps to educate future generations of helicopter professionals.
