M International, Inc. has completed the purchase of the assets of the Keystone Engine Services Division of Sikorsky Global Helicopters, Inc. In order to continue the tradition of outstanding service provided by the Keystone Engine Services Division team, M International has formed a new company: “Keystone Turbine Services, LLC” (KTS). KTS will now begin its transition to a newly renovated 30,000 sq. ft. facility in the Highland’s Corporate Center, approximately 1 mile from the current Sikorsky Global Helicopters’ Heliplex™ facility in Coatesville and the Chester County Airport (KMQS).

M International’s Chairman and CEO, Richard McConn stated, “This acquisition expands our already extensive turboprop and turboshaft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities. We are very pleased to expand our relationship with both Rolls-Royce and Honeywell by adding an AMROC and AWARS to our family of engine aftermarket support capabilities.”

M International’s Chief Services Officer, Ken Essary added, “We are excited to have a Rolls-Royce and Honeywell approved MRO facility on the East Coast. We look forward to continuing the history of excellent support that Keystone customers have grown to expect over the years.”
