5 Feb, 12Erickson Air-Crane, which manufactures S-64 heavy-lift helicopters for government and commercial use, postponed its IPO on Wednesday. The Portland, OR-based company, which had been on the calendar for next week, booked $147.3 million in sales for the 12 months ended 9/30/11. Stifel Nicolaus Weisel was set to be the lead underwriter on the deal.
