23 Feb, 12Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded $9,499,995 for delivery order 7001 under a five-year basic ordering agreement contract (N00383-11-G-003D) for the repair of eight weapon replacement assemblies for the CH-53 helicopter and the V-22 Osprey. The work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla. (84 percent), and McKinney, Texas (16 percent), and is expected to be completed by Sept. 28, 2012. The applicable Navy Working Capital funds will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.
