Roughly $25 million dollars raised by Ornge with Ontario taxpayers’ help cannot be accounted for.  Investigators, financial and criminal, are digging into the case to see if the money was blown on a spending spree, bad business decisions or if some of it lined executives’ pockets. (see full story)
