Mr McCann has been the Chief Financial Officer of PHI Inc. since November 1998, Secretary since March 2002 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Mr. McCann served as a Treasurer of PHI Inc. from November 1998 to May 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Global Industries Ltd. from January 1998 to October 1998, and its Chief Administrative Officer since July 1996. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Sub Sea International, Inc. Mr. McCann is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University.
