9 Apr, 12Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $15,361,430 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for the procurement of contractor logistics support for 30 Bell 407 helicopters. Work will be performed in Al Taji, Iraq, and Piney Flats, Tenn., with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2013. One bid was solicited, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-12-C-0030).
