27 Apr, 12AgustaWestland have brought one of their AW139 demonstrator aircraft from Italy to the UK for the London Olympics, which start with the opening ceremony on Friday 27th July this year. Arriving as I-AWRH, the helicopter has now been re-registered as G-OLYM - an obvious give-away that it is here for the Games. HeliHub.com will report further on what AW are using the helicopter for in due course.
The actual aircraft is shown in these photos - it is serial number 31133
