22 Jun, 12Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $26,487,920 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the development, production, and testing of five First Article Operation Test Program sets (OTPS) with accompanying technical data for weapons replaceable assemblies (WRAs) for the H-60 Aircraft. The WRAs are part of the multi-mode radar sub-system with the automated radar periscope detection and discrimination (ARPDD) upgrade. The requirement also includes four sets of ARPDD assemblies as units under test to be used in the development and testing of the OTPSs. Work will be performed in Owego, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in November 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-12-C-0155).
