26 Jun, 12Randall A Stafford, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Bristow Group is to leave the company's employ on 30th June. In an agreement signed with the company, and duly filed with the SEC, on 26th, Mr Stafford will get a severance payment of $1.368 million.
Mr Stafford is also contracting to provide consultancy services up to 31st August 2012 to assist the company in transitioning in a replacement - and will be paid at the rate of $1250 per day for the privilege. The consulting agreement, which can be cancelled at any time by Bristow, includes an "additional performance cash award" of over $220K, payable at the company's sole discretion.
