27 Jun, 12Volusia County sheriff's officials are finalizing an agreement with the state to resolve environmental rules violations at the department's helicopter facility at the DeLand Municipal Airport. A January inspection by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection found the department failed to fill out paperwork required for monthly inspections of the fuel tank used to store jet fuel.
