29 Jun, 12Anil Srivastava, currently the joint director-general of civil aviation, was also appointed the Chairman and Managing Director of Pawan Hans as an additional charge a few weeks ago by the civil aviation ministry. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has now ordered the civil aviation ministry to hand over the role to someone else due to a conflict of interests. (see full story)
