UTair Engineering renews Russian MRO certificates

According to the results of inspections of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation and the Aviation Register of Interstate Aviation Committee confirmed certification of “UTair-Engineering” to meet its repair production requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for Civil Aviation and Aviation Rules AP-145, respectively.

Extended for another two-year term compliance certificates allow the company to continue to repair and modification work on the Mi-8, Mi-8MT (MI-17), Mi-8 MTV-1 (Mi-17-1V), Mi-8AMT, Mi-171 and An-2 aircraft.

In addition, in both certificates recorded the expansion of the enterprise to grant rights to the overhaul of foreign-made helicopters Robinson R44. As an authorized service center Robinson, «UTair-Engineering” to date – the only one repair enterprises of Russia, who have qualified for this type of work.
