Helicopter was powered-up but still on the ground, when the engineer reached in through the open door and hit a lever, causing it to take off to a few feet altitude and then crash onto its side away from the engineer. A second person was present, but it is unclear from the press report whether they were in the helicopter or not. The crash caused the engine to separate
