Helicopter Foundation International will once again be holding its fundraising silent auction at HELI-EXPO 2013, which will take place March 4-7 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year’s auction will feature a number of exciting offerings, including several trainings such as; an AW139 Recurrent Training offered by FlightSafety International, Sikorsky S-76 Initial Training offered by CAE SemuFlite, Aircraft Ditching Course offered by Survival Systems, and an SMS Course offered by HAI.

There will also be a number of flight and getaway packages including: New York City helicopter tour for two, donated by Wings Air; Discovery Flight, donated by Longhorn Helicopters; Two HELI-EXPO 2014 registrations and three-night hotel stay in Anaheim, California, donated by HAI; three-night stay at one of five luxury boutique hotels (Grace Beijing, Grace Mykonos, Vanderbilt Grace, the White Barn Inn & Spa and Windham Hill Inn), donated by Lease Corporation International; St. Louis Cardinals Package that includes two tickets to a Cardinal’s home game at Busch Stadium, his and hers Cardinals T-shirts, Cardinals Tervis Cup, Essex Industries polo, ball cap, and umbrella, donated by Essex Industries, Inc.; and a family portrait, photographed by world-renowned Bradford portraits at his luxurious Palm Beach, Florida studio. Package includes portrait session plus 20” wall portrait on canvas and an overnight stay at the breathtaking 5 Star/5 Diamond Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.

Other donations include a Desktop Appraisal, donated by HeliValue$; a Cleveland Classic 270 Driver, donated by XL Insurance; AMS-44 Dual Controller, donated by Anodyne; Titan XF Vest, donated by EAM Worldwide; 25 AMP Mini Power Supply, donated by Start Pac; Heli-Ops Harness and Helo Lanyard Set, donated by Air Rescue Systems.

Also on the auction block is a variety of artwork, helicopter models, leather bomber jackets, headsets, books, sunglasses, golf bag, seat cushions, duffel bag, BBQ Cooler Kit, U.S. flag flown over Afghanistan, and much, much, more.

HFI thanks the many individuals and organizations who donated auction items to help HFI in its mission to educate the next generation of helicopter pilots and maintenance professionals through its scholarship and mentoring programs, Heritage of Helicopters Display, and its efforts to preserve helicopter history.
