Abu Dhabi Aviation made 734.17m ($200M) revenue in 2012 compared with 719.52m ($196M) in 2011 (2% increase), Operating Profit of 299.28m ($81M) compared with 280.64m ($76M) 2011 (increase of 7%), net profit of AED 284.41m ($77M) compared to 172.96m ($47M) in 2011 (65% increase). The net profit increase includes a one off release from the deferred income to match the impairment of the underlying aircraft of Maximum (another group company). During the year ADA has grown its fleets by acquiring 7 new Bell 412 helicopters, 4 received already and fully paid for, and three to be delivered in 2013 where a 20% down payment has been paid.
