Beginning March 4, Mediflight of Oklahoma will become the sole provider of air ambulance services in the Lawton community. For those who have AirEvac memberships, don’t worry, Mediflight will honor them.

Mediflight of Oklahoma has been providing medical flight services throughout Oklahoma for over 30 years. In addition to the services currently available, Mediflight also has Air Kids One, transportation dedicated solely to neonatal transport to OU Children’s Medical Hospital.

For those who hold current memberships with AirEvac, Mediflight will honor the remainder of the contract at no charge.

Mediflight’s membership program, is only $49 a year for an individual and their family, with discounts for military veterans and groups. Most health insurance will pay a portion of the charges for a medically necessary transport, with the remainder being the responsibility of the patient. As a Mediflight member, the remainder of the balance will be covered 100%, including Air Kids One services.
