The Italian distributor for Helicoptères Guimbal is expecting their first G2 Cabri in June 2013. Eurotech – based in Caiolo in Lombardy (Sondrio province) – announced their appointment back in February. The manufacturer took a slight detour on their flight from their base in France to the recent Aero exhibition in Germany to go via Eurotech’s base with two Cabris.

Eurotech was founded in 1995 by helicopter pilot and engineer Roberto Grazioli. Eurotech started as a JAR145 (now “Part 145”) helicopter service company, and expanded fast enough that they moved to new premises within three years into a new base designed specifically for the needs of a modern helicopter maintenance organisation – see photo below. The base now has a total of 2,000 sqm of offices and hangars, a helicopter landing site of over 5000 sq.m with fuel facility for both piston and turbine machines. The company employs more than 30.
