Colleen M. Back has accepted the assignment of Business Aviation Market Segment Champion for BLR Aerospace. Responsible for BLR’s global network of authorized dealers, Back will focus on the future structure and policies needed to ensure continued growth.

Back launched her sales and marketing career at the Proctor & Gamble Company. Her interest in aviation led her to a series of senior management positions within Business Aviation, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing for West Star Aviation, Inc. She most recently served as Vice President of National Aircraft Services Sales for Greenwich AeroGroup.

“Colleen has the experience and knowledge necessary to work effectively and productively with our dealers and customers,” said Dave Marone, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “She has a track record of exceeding expectations, and we could not be happier to have her in this strategically important role.”

Back is an instrument-rated pilot and an active member of multiple aviation-focused professional organizations.
