After the first run of their AGM, Global Vectra Helicorp managed to complete the formal meeting on Tuesday 12th November according to a filing made with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) made by company secretary Raakesh Soni. Previously, the company had made a short but telling update on the BSE website, with the understated title of “Adjournment of AGM” and the following statement

Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd has informed BSE that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company which was held on September 27, 2013 had to be adjourned due to the disorderly, behavior of the members where in it become impossible to conduct the proceedings of the meeting and complete the same.

Aside from the usual approval of accounts and appointment of auditors, the latest statement confirms the following three reappoinments
– Maj Gen (Rtd) Gurdial Singh Hundal as Director
– Lt Gen (Rtd) SJS Saighal as Chairman
– Mr Eduard Van Dam as CEO
