Bristow Australia has recently registered two new Sikorsky S92 helicopters on the local VH- aircraft register.  VH-ZUO is the 203rd off the production line, while sister aircraft VH-ZUQ is the 205th.  Both were officially registered on 23rd December, and are leased from VIH Group – the parent company of Cougar Helicopters in which Bristow have a minority shareholding.

These are Bristow’s first S92s in Australia.  Previously CHC were the only operator of the type in country with their own pair of aircraft, which arrived in April and December 2013.

Meanwhile serial numbers 920209 and 920212 have recently joined the British register as G-CICH and G-CICJ respectively for Bristow’s North Sea fleet.  These are expected to be based at Aberdeen, with #209 arriving on 17th December and #212 expected imminently following registration on 8th January.
