Airbus Helicopters Inc. announced Tuesday that it will hold its national CS3 Customer Service Symposium on Sept. 8-10 in Grapevine, Texas. The annual event is an opportunity for operators of Airbus Helicopters to get the latest safety and technical updates and meet with the company’s key customer support personnel and management.
In addition to the national symposium, a series of four regional one-day events have been scheduled around the U.S. to bring much of the same information to customers that may not be able to attend the national symposium.
“We have found both the national and regional symposiums are popular with our customers and they are a great way for those of us at Airbus Helicopters Inc. to share our story as a company and an organization,” said Marc Paganini, President and Chief Executive officer. “It is a chance for our customers to learn what we can do for them. It is a way to build and strengthen our relationships with customers.”
The national symposium is a three-day event to provide customers an overview of Airbus Helicopters products and the latest updates. There will be informational presentations, safety briefings, technical briefings, and a golf outing. The four regional symposiums are scheduled as follows:
