Hillsboro Aviation, one of the largest combined airplane and helicopter flight training schools in the United States, has numerous financing options for flight training available, including a new loan program that offers up to full program financing.

Loan programs are not the only available program financing options. Hillsboro Aviation is also approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for the training of military veterans which means veterans can use their benefits to pay for flight training through Hillsboro Aviation. The Post-9/11 GI Bill is the most commonly used veterans benefit at Hillsboro Aviation. Through our long-standing relationship with Portland Community College, veterans can qualify to get up to100% of their flight training paid for when using the Post-9/11 GI Bill. The helicopter training program includes Private, Instrument, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument courses, as well as our Mountain, Long Line and Turbine Transition courses.

“We are excited to be in the unique position of being able to offer our students numerous financing options to help them pursue their flight training and become professional pilots,” said Chris Berg, Hillsboro Aviation’s school director.

Interested students can contact Hillsboro Aviation’s admissions department at (800) 345-0949 or flightschool@hillsboroaviation.com to obtain qualification requirements and application instructions. Financing is available to those who qualify.
