British International Helicopters have confirmed to HeliHub.com that they have moved helicopters out of Cardiff Heliport and placed them more locally to the two contracts they serve.  It is not clear whether they have any ongoing operations there.

BIH is part of the Rigby Group plc.  A sister company in the same group – Regional & City Airports Management (RCAM)  – will continue the management of Cardiff Heliport under contract to local authority owners Cardiff Council.  This contract expires in 2032 and thus has 18 years to run.
