RSG products has been involved in a joint venture with TDA in manufacturing new laser printed parts known as SLS parts and integrating them into their air conditioning kits. The new process allows for a quick, low cost solution on complex and sophisticated parts. Currently the parts made from this technology consist of air ducts and small vents with little stress associated with them, however in the future this technology offers solution to increasingly more complicated issues. The SLS parts have proven to be light weight and durable in some of RSG’s air conditioning kits currently in use in the field. RSG is excited about this venture and plans to continue expanding with the utilization of this technology for the next few years in more of its kits.
