Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. company (NYSE: TXT), announced its Aeronautical Accessories brand has added Heliwagon remote control landing platforms to its rotorcraft parts and accessories portfolio.

In an agreement reached this month, Aeronautical Accessories will offer three sizes of Heliwagon bases. In addition, options will be available for receded lights, customer logos, side steps and an additional remote.

The Heliwagon remote control landing platform offers a stable and safe landing surface option for light and mid-sized helicopters. The platform replaces the standard tug dolly and GPU to move the aircraft in and out of confined spaces or hangars. Heliwagon platforms are capable of making 360-degree turns, allowing the operator to maneuver the platform into the most advantageous takeoff or landing position in minutes.
