Triumph Gear Systems, Park City, Utah, is being awarded a $55,775,371 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of various parts including the pylon conversion actuator used on the V-22 aircraft in support of both MV-22 (Marines), and CV-22 (Air Force). Work will be performed in Park City, Utah, and work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2019. No funds will be obligated at the time of award, and no funds will expire before the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2014 working capital funds (Navy) will be used on the contract as future requirements are issued. This contract was a non-competitive requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
