The Air Surveillance Service of the Ministry of Public Security on Tuesday followed a helicopter illegally carrying the emblems of the Red Cross and escaped to the southern Caribbean. The aircraft was seen near Siquirres area where police seized 310 kilos of cocaine. See Full Story
