The American Helicopter Society International recognizes Bristow CEO Emeritus in its 2015 Awards Program

The American Helicopter Society (AHS) International recognized Bristow CEO Emeritus Bill Chiles with the AgustaWestland International Fellowship Award for his “significant contributions to international vertical flight cooperation” in its 2015 Awards Program.

According to the AHS press release, Bill “has long been a leading advocate for personnel safety. He drove a safety culture within his company, and by working in partnership with manufacturers, his customers, and his competitors, he demonstrated a commitment to safety that has become the industry standard.”

AHS will present the award to Bill at the Grand Awards Banquet on May 6, 2015, during its 71st Annual Forum and Technology Display in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
