CHC President and Chief Executive Officer Karl Fessenden, in keynote remarks today, urged “inclusion, engagement and accountability” to about 750 people attending an internationally recognized aviation-safety event.  Speaking at the 11th-Annual CHC Safety & Quality Summit, Mr. Fessenden said that advancing collective safety in aviation particularly requires more involvement of what he called the “silent majority” – people who both influence and rely on aviation safety management systems, but too often lack sufficient awareness, education, encouragement and support.
