HNZ Group Inc. (TSX: HNZ.A, HNZ.B) (the “Corporation”), an international provider of helicopter transportation and related support services, announced today that Robert Lafleur, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HNZ Group, will retire effective September 30, 2015.

Mr. Lafleur joined HNZ in 2002. He served as Director of Financial Services until June 2006, when he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

As a capable team player he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to his colleagues and leaves a legacy of financial strength across the organization. HNZ Group has initiated a search process to fill the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lafleur will continue in his role to ensure a smooth and successful transition for his successor.
