The International Helicopter Exhibition China Helicopter Exposition 2015 holding “Helicopters of Russia” (part of the State Corporation Rostec) discussed with Chinese partners, the organization of a network of centers of maintenance and repair (TsTOiR) Russian helicopters in China in cooperation with the largest companies-operators of helicopters.

In view of the exploited in the PRC helicopter fleet of Russian-made helicopter is planned to establish a system of service centers in China, on the principles of separation of service of military and civil helicopters and service helicopters marks “Mi” and “Ka”.

Interest in the organization of service centers and repair of Russian helicopters in China, Chinese companies have already expressed an AVIC International and CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co.Ltd, AVICOPTER International, Poly Technology, GMZ “Jingjiang”. In addition, the Chinese side also expressed interest in organizing TsTOiR helicopters “Ka” at the Chinese ARZ “Haiying,” Shanghai.

The first stage envisages the organization of Russian helicopters TsTOiR involving companies AVIC International, CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd (Shenzhen), GMZ “Jingjiang” (Chengdu) and AVICOPTER International (Tianjin). The second stage will be created with the participation of the service centers of the company Poly Technology and ARZ “Haiying.”
