Riverside Marine is planning daily catamaran sailings between the downtown Vancouver Convention Centre and downtown Victoria.  The three-hour, 59 nautical mile trip would be for passengers only — no vehicles — and would cost about $80 per trip.  Helijet offers 35 minute flights and peak-time cost is $313 one-way, including GST, or $164 for off-peak periods.  See full story
