The Health Minister of Nova Scotia has reported that their decision on a new helicopter could be delayed due to one of the options being grounded last month. CTV News Atlantic reports that Leo Glavine is currently waiting for the approval and clearance of Transport Canada, who grounded the Sikorsky S-76A as it did not have the certification level to land in heavily populated areas, before making a decision on the tender.
