During Zhuai Air Show in Shanghai, on November 2nd, 2016, Skyway General Aviation Co. Ltd signed a contract with Airbus Helicopters, Bucher Leichtbau AG and Waypoint Leasing Co. Ltd for one H135 HEMS. After extensive research, Skyway decided to develop the air rescue market together with local government, insurance companies and hospitals starting operation first in the Yangtze River Delta region, China.

Bucher’s H135 EMS provides all of the necessary equipment needed to carry out professional air ambulance missions. The system is designed to accommodate all equipment without using special tools. The cabin layout is designed first and foremost to carry out air rescue missions and can be adapted according to any special requirements.

Bucher’s innovative EMS equipment AC67 designed for the H135 has already been certified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and has been successfully introduced to the Chinese air rescue market. The contract with Skyway further underscores Bucher’s expertise in the HEMS sector.
