Rogers Helicopters has a wrongful death lawsuit filed against them after a fatal crash in December 2015. Kathryn Ann Brown, 40, was on her way to a nearby hospital for head, shoulder and arm pain when the helicopter crashed, killing Kathryn, the pilot, the nurse and the paramedic on board.

The Brown’s family attorney hopes an investigation will increase future safety for patients and crew alike. As reported by EMS 1, Kathryn’s parents seek compensation for funeral costs, damages suffered over her death.
