Thomas Vorstman was arrested in August after flying an Orlando HeliTours helicopter only a few feet above traffic. Formal charges will not be filed, but Vorstman was fired from his position in the company. Deputies who saw the scene stated that the helicopter was so low that if a semitruck was on the road, there would have been a collision. The FAA was notified of the event, reports Aviation Inspector.
