Timberline Helicopters have recently received approval for a conditional-use permit for helicopter pads and an airstrip. Chief Operating Officer, Travis Storro, has commented that they plan to build office buildings, painting areas and maintenance shops on the 93 acres, accumulating to a cost of $3 million. Storro guesses that it might take up to three years before they are able to move their operations to their new location, which is on the west side of Highway 95, reports Bonner County Daily Bee.
