Jan Nowacki begins on the first of September the task as COO at MSH Marenco Swiss Helicopter. Nowacki has previously gained considerable experience in this area at Airbus Helicopters as head of the Rotor Blade and Airframe with the manufacture of composite parts, structural assembly and equipment as well as repair activities. MSH Marenco Swiss Helicopter will, in a second production hall in Näfels GL with one of the largest autoclaves in Switzerland, manufacture rotor blades and composite parts themselves and assemble these in the assembly hall in Mollis.

Jan Nowacki: “In my new task, together with a small and very dynamic team, I will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the series production of the SKYe SH09. We are producing a very competitive helicopter with high quality and security.” The certification of the SKYe SH09 is expected next year and the first deliveries to take place at the beginning of 2019. Until then and in relation to the series production, Jan Nowacki’s tasks will include staffing and building up a highly qualified workforce.

On MSH Marenco Swiss Helicopter AG

The Marenco Swiss Helicopter AG is a Swiss design engineer, producer and marketer of innovative and highly modern helicopters with outstanding performance and market-driven configuration options. The development and test phase, with the issue of Type Certificate (TC) is to be completed in the year 2018. The production hall with an area of 3,800 sqm is at the airfield in Mollis GL; the logistics and pre-assembly center in Näfels GL. First serial production helicopters are scheduled to be delivered out of Mollis to end customers from 2019.

Administration and construction will be located in Wetzikon ZH from December 2017.
