New Zealand operator Airwork was last week de-listed from the NZX stock market. The company, well known for its BK117 upgrades, has been subject of a gradual take-over by Zhejiang Rifa Holding from China. The new owner has gradually built up their percentage holding over a year, and has now reach a point where they have full ownership and the listing is no longer relevant, reports New Zealand Herald.
