The construction of a helipad at Fort McMurray Hospital has been urged by judges after a fatality inquiry report. The report looked into the death of an oilsands worker that died while on the way to the hospital. Emergency helicopters are forced to fly past the hospital and land at the airport, where patients are then transported by road ambulances to the hospital, reports JWN.
