Thales Defense and Security Inc., Clarksburg, Maryland, is being awarded $7,161,204 for ceiling-priced, undefinitized contract action delivery order N00383-18-F-A500 under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-17-G-A501) for the repair of five items that include modules and helmets required to support the H-1 helicopter. Work will be performed in Clarksburg, Maryland (65 percent); and Bordeaux, France (35 percent). Work will be completed by February 2019. Fiscal 2018 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $3,508,990 will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited for this sole-source requirement under 10 U.S. Code 2304(C)(1) with one offer received.
