Elite Aviation is the first local commercial aviation service in Fiji. They provide EMS and disaster management services with their Bell 212. They hope to expand in the coming years, with larger helicopters. The idea for the company came from couple Alaena and Mathew Hill, who were affected by the floods in Fiji in 2011-2012. They had tried to use a helicopter service for rescue but the prices were exorbitant, reports Fiji Sun.
